Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy provides a 30-day period, from the moment of item delivery, during which the customer can request a return and consequently a refund for their order without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the purchase receipt (usually received via email). To initiate a return, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

We will send you a shipping label to print and attach to the package, and we will send a courier to pick up the package at the address you provided.
We only ask for your utmost seriousness and to check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.


Refunds

We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (5-7 business days).
