30-day returns
We offer our customers the possibility to return items within 30 days of receiving the order, whether the purchase was made with or without registration on our site.
Returns with SDA Shipping
How do returns work?
- Prepare the package with the products to be returned.
- We will take care of creating the label and arranging the pickup.
Return Request
You can submit a return request through:
- Return request form available at the bottom of this page.
- Official channels: phone, WhatsApp, email, Messenger, Instagram.
If the return is approved by our Customer Service, you will receive a shipping label to attach to the package.
Return Costs
Returns via SDA courier have a fixed cost of €7.50, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund
- Once the return is received and the integrity of the products verified, we will proceed with the refund.
- Refund methods:
- Credit Card or PayPal: refund to the original amount or Store Credit.
- Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer: refund via bank transfer or Store Credit.
- The return will only be refunded if delivered to our warehouse using the provided label.
Return Shipping Procedure
- Prepare the package with the products well-packed to avoid damage.
- Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.
