How do I work out which product is right for me?
There are two ways. The quickest is the configurator: three questions — crop, thickest branch, how much you use it — and you get to the right model, with the option to compare up to three side by side.

On WhatsApp you can send a photo of the tree: the people who answer handle these tools every day and will also tell you when a cheaper model is enough.
What does the warranty cover?
Twenty-four months on every component, batteries included. It covers manufacturing defects and faults from normal use: motor, control board, mechanics, blades.
Excluded are impact damage, use beyond the stated diameter and parts that wear with use, such as the blade edge. Return shipping after the repair is at our expense. Full details on the Total warranty page.
What happens if there's a problem?
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email: we reply the same day, and in most cases the problem is solved remotely, without shipping anything. Many faults are just a setting or a calibration.
If a repair is needed, we give you the address of the Gardenmac service point to send the tool to: we have them in Spain, Germany, France, Poland and other European countries. Once it is repaired, we arrange and pay for the return shipping to your address. Original spare parts are all in stock and ship fast.
How long does delivery take?
In Italy 1-2 working days. In nearby European countries 2-3 days, in outlying ones 3-5.
Orders received by early afternoon ship the same day. Shipping in Italy costs €4.99 and is free over €99; in Europe €9.99. Times and rates for every destination on the Shipping and delivery page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna in three interest-free instalments. No method costs more than the others: we charge no fees.
For deliveries in Italy cash on delivery is also available, paid in cash to the courier with no surcharge. Payment takes place on the Shopify checkout, PCI DSS Level 1 certified: card details never pass through our systems.
If I'm not happy, can I return it?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to change your mind — the law provides for 14, we give 30. No reason needed.
The return label is prepaid and return shipping is at our expense. The refund is issued the same day the return passes inspection, to the same method you paid with. Full procedure in Returns and refunds.
How do I order?
From the website: choose the model, add it to the cart and complete checkout. You immediately receive a confirmation by email, then the tracking code when the parcel ships.
If you'd rather not order online, we take orders on WhatsApp or by email at assistenza@gardenmac.com. For an invoice, just enter your VAT number and recipient code at checkout.
How do I speak to one of your staff?
On WhatsApp and by email: we reply the same day.
For technical matters the best channel is WhatsApp at 377 085 9705, where you can send photos of the tree, the blade or the display. For returns, warranty and invoices write to assistenza@gardenmac.com: we reply within one working day.
Can I collect my order from your premises?
Yes, collection is at the logistics hub in Via Saccucci 5, Pesche (IS). Access is by appointment: write to us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you when your tool is ready.
Collecting in person you pay no shipping, and before you leave the tool is switched on and tested together with you.
Can I see the products before buying?
Of course. At our premises in Pesche (IS) there is a showroom with the catalogue models: you can pick them up, try them on wood and get a feel for weight and balance, which you can't tell from reading the spec sheets.
We also do field demonstrations, directly on your trees. In both cases, book by writing to us on WhatsApp.
