the total warranty cover?

We are the only ones in Italy in the sector to offer 

the following complete protection on your purchase. 

24-month manufacturer's warranty

Each product comes with a 24-month warranty. At Gardenmac, we extend this warranty to every component of the product, including any accessories provided and batteries. Any faulty component will be replaced free of charge and promptly.

Home Assistance

Gardenmac has customers throughout Italy, from Trento to Agrigento. We are organized in such a way that we can assist you at your home by sending an express courier on the same day to collect the product to be inspected / maintained.

 

This is at no shipping cost to you. Including islands and smaller islands.

Spare parts always available

Assistance is prompt because spare parts for every single product sold are available in Gardenmac warehouses.

 

Even after the warranty expires, if you need a single component, we will send you a spare parts diagram of your item and you can order the part. It will be delivered to you in 24/48h.

We are available by phone from Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 19:00

 

We are available on Whatsapp every day of the week, at all hours, with a dedicated operator who will respond to all your needs and emergencies.

 

We respond to emails within a few hours during business hours.

Repairs in a maximum of 24 hours 

Once the product arrives at our service center, it will be inspected and finalized within a maximum of 24 hours. Then, it will be shipped back to you via 24/48h express courier. 

 

Again, with no shipping costs for you. And it's a service you can request as many times as you need.

Replacement product

When you request assistance for a product, you should allow 24 hours for transit from your home to our center. 

24 hours for repair. And finally, 24/48 hours for it to be returned to you.

 

If your work cannot stop, we have the solution for you. If the product needs to be examined by us and you request home pickup, you can simultaneously request a replacement product.

 

The replacement product will be shipped to you on the same day you request it, so you will only have to wait a few hours for delivery and can continue your work.

 

In the meantime, your item will be inspected at our service center and returned to you within 24 hours. Upon delivery, the courier will also collect the replacement product.

 

No cost to you, even in this case.

What about after the warranty expires?

Even after the warranty, if you need spare parts, you will find them available from us.

 

And if you need services, maintenance or technical interventions on the item, you can contact us at our addresses and we will provide technical assistance.
