When you request assistance for a product, you should allow 24 hours for transit from your home to our center.
24 hours for repair. And finally, 24/48 hours for it to be delivered back to you.
If your work cannot stop, we have a solution for you. If the product needs to be inspected by us and you request home collection, you can simultaneously request a replacement product to be sent.
The replacement product will be shipped to you on the same day you request it, so you will only have to wait a few hours for delivery and can continue your work.
In the meantime, your item will be inspected at our service center and shipped back to you within 24 hours. Upon delivery, the courier will also collect the replacement product.
No cost to you, even in this case.
