Cookies and tracking tools
Updated 16 September 2026. Here you find which cookies gardenmac.com uses, what they are for, who sets them and how to accept or refuse them. The data controller is Furioso Group S.r.l.s. (GARDENMAC), Via Civitas Castelromano 11, 86170 Isernia, Italy: everything else is in the Privacy policy.
Your choices
On your first visit a banner offers three options: Accept, Decline and Manage preferences, to choose category by category. Until you choose, the site uses necessary cookies. Some tools installed by the apps we use do however start before your choice: they are listed in the note «Tools that do not go through the banner», below. Your choice is valid for 12 months and you can change it whenever you like from here:
Consent is recorded by Shopify, the platform the store runs on, and also applies to the checkout. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: in that case some features, such as the cart, may not work.
Tools that do not go through the banner. The cash-on-delivery order form and the newsletter service load their own scripts directly into the page, outside Shopify's consent manager: the first activates Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics 4 pixels, the second its own recognition cookie. To exclude these tools use your browser settings or the individual partners' links at the bottom of this page.
What they are
Cookies are small files the site saves in your browser to recognise you from one page to the next. Alongside cookies we use similar technologies: pixels, scripts and the browser's local storage. On this page we call them all "cookies". The list below was verified with a scan of the site on 16 September 2026 and is updated every time we add or remove an app. Some are set by us (first party), others by the providers working for us or by advertising partners (third party).
Necessary
They make the store work: cart, language, currency, account login, checkout, security and the memory of your cookie choices. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off from the banner.

Statistics
They tell us how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages work. We activate them according to your choice on the banner, with the exception indicated in the note «Tools that do not go through the banner».

Marketing
They measure advertising campaigns and show you Gardenmac ads on other sites and social networks based on what you looked at or bought. We activate them according to your choice on the banner, with the exception indicated in the note «Tools that do not go through the banner». The partners also use them for their own purposes as independent controllers.

Functionality
They add services to the page: reviews, cash-on-delivery form, fast checkout and, on the English, Spanish, French, German and Polish versions of the site, the chat assistant. If you refuse them the page remains usable, but those boxes may not appear.

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts: your browser sends its IP address to Google to download the file, without cookies. The social buttons lead to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube: no data is shared until you press them.
