I'd suggest a strap to hold the cable to your arm, since I cut it by accident and bought a new one straight away. Otherwise exceptional shears, better than better-known brands and with more power: verified by me personally, highly recommended.

I ordered the new 2025 version of the 8605 Pro. For now I really can't complain: they cut really well, even 40-45 mm branches without problems, because the mouth of the shears is 63 mm. The battery lasts a very long time, I couldn't run the 4 Ah one down in a day, and to think I have another one. Fantastic! After a day of use my arm doesn't feel tired, so the weight is excellent too, with the battery fitted and no cable.

The shears really are an excellent product, but I wanted to say a few good words about Gardenmac: I asked them for an exploded parts diagram to order from and they sent it to me within minutes. Credit where credit is due.
